We are looking for a charismatic, articulate, and highly engaging Content Presenter to become the face and voice of our brand across our digital and social media platforms. In this role, you won't just read scripts; you will translate complex concepts, industry trends, and educational topics into highly watchable, scroll-stopping video content.

Key Responsibilities
- On-Camera Presentation: Host and present short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and long-form content (YouTube videos, webinar introductions, or online course modules).
- Script Evaluation & Adaptation: Collaborate with writers and marketing teams to review scripts, adapting the copy to match your natural speaking style while maintaining the brand's core message.
- Audience Hooking & Engagement: Utilize content psychology to deliver impactful hooks and maintain high viewer retention throughout the video.
- Brand Advocacy: Act as the primary on-camera ambassador, maintaining a welcoming, professional, and authoritative tone that builds deep trust with our community.
- Creative Ideation: Participate in brainstorming sessions to pitch trending video formats, interactive content structures, and visual storytelling methods.
- Basic Production Collaboration: Work closely with video editors and directors to ensure smooth transitions, correct pacing, and high-quality visual delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven On-Camera Experience: A strong portfolio or showreel showcasing your presentation style, vocal clarity, and facial expressiveness.
- Dynamic Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify dense or technical information into engaging, consumer-friendly content.
- Camera Confidence: Absolute comfort speaking directly to a lens, using a teleprompter, or improvising when necessary.
- Platform Literacy: A sharp understanding of current social media trends, video formats, and what makes content go viral on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Adaptability: Ability to pivot tones seamlessly—from energetic and entertaining to serious and educational.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills
- Experience with basic video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro) or mobile filming setups.
- An understanding of Social Search Optimization (SSO) and how keyword-driven topics impact video reach.
- Background in theater, public speaking, journalism, or digital marketing.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
Your success in this role will be measured by:
- Viewer Retention Rate: Average percentage of a video watched by the audience.
- Engagement Metrics: Growth in likes, comments, shares, and saves across video assets.
- Production Delivery: Meeting deadlines for recording schedules and content calendars.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
