About Us
ECHOS is a boutique hotel in Rishikesh and a growing hospitality management brand. We're building a dedicated reservations team to handle incoming enquiries around the clock, convert them into confirmed bookings, and deliver a smooth guest experience from the very first call.
Role Overview
You'll be the first point of contact for guests calling or messaging for room rates and availability — whether during the day or overnight. Your job is to respond quickly, quote accurately, negotiate where needed, and close the booking, while maintaining ECHOS's standard of warm, professional service. We are hiring for both day and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and online booking enquiries
- Share accurate room rates, availability, and offers; negotiate and close bookings
- Enter and manage reservations in the PMS (eZee Absolute)
- Prepare group and corporate booking quotations
- Monitor OTA channels and respond to booking requests
- Maintain a lead and follow-up tracker; meet monthly conversion targets
- Coordinate with front office on arrivals, late check-ins, and special requests
- Upsell rooms, packages, and add-on services
- (Night shift) Capture overnight leads and maintain a morning handover log for the day team
Requirements
- 1–3 years in hotel reservations, sales, or tele-calling (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
- Fluent in Hindi and English with a clear, professional phone manner
- Comfortable with PMS software, WhatsApp Business, and basic Excel
- Sales-driven, persuasive, and good at follow-ups
- Organized, reliable, and willing to work in shifts including weekends
- Night-shift candidates: alert, self-disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
