Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Engineer with expertise in electrical systems and plumbing work for STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) and ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing, supervising, and maintaining electrical and plumbing activities at project sites while ensuring quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise electrical and plumbing work at STP/ETP project sites.
- Install, inspect, and maintain electrical panels, wiring systems, and control equipment.
- Work with plant equipment such as blowers, filters, pumps, and ozonators.
- Carry out pipeline installation, fittings, testing, and plumbing maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper electrical connections, wiring, and automation system functionality.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues efficiently.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain compliance with company standards and site safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering field.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in STP, ETP, water treatment, or related projects.
- Strong hands-on experience in plumbing installation and maintenance.
- Good understanding of electrical panels, wiring, motors, and automation systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and project layouts.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project locations as required.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of pumps, blowers, filtration systems, and treatment plant equipment.
- Ability to work independently and manage site activities.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
