ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This is a fully remote (work from home) role, and we require candidates who can join immediately.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end technical projects from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and business analysts.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks proactively.
- Maintain detailed project documentation including plans, and status reports
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings.
- Communicate project updates clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
- Ensure best practices in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Track KPIs and report on project health, blockers, and milestones regularly.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, SDLC, and technical concepts.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and/or Kanban methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Experience working with remote/distributed teams is highly preferred.
GOOD TO HAVE
- PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience in SaaS, product-based, or technology startup environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to client-facing project delivery and account management.
COMPENSATION & PROBATION TERMS
We believe in transparent and fair compensation. Below are the salary terms applicable to this role:
Probation Period Duration: 4 Months
Salary During Probation: ₹20,000 per month
Salary After Probation: ₹35,000 per month (revised upon successful completion of probation)
Performance will be evaluated during the probation period. Candidates demonstrating strong performance and cultural fit will be confirmed and moved to the revised salary structure.

Work Mode: Work From Home (Remote)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: Standard business hours
Joining: Immediate joiners will be preffered
