Job Type: Full-Time (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
Ayurprakash Herbal Private Limited is looking for a smart, dependable, and proactive Factory Supervisor to oversee daily factory operations and ensure smooth execution of manufacturing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise factory workers and monitor daily operations.
- Ensure production activities are carried out as per company processes and quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks and assessments during manufacturing and packing.
- Manage production timelines and coordinate with different departments to ensure the timely completion of work.
- Maintain production records, documentation, and other factory-related paperwork.
- Monitor inventory movement and assist in operational planning.
- Identify process improvements and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good computer and internet proficiency.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Strong English reading and writing skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage workers and maintain discipline on the factory floor.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing, herbal, Ayurvedic, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries.
- Knowledge of Tally will be an added advantage.
