Preferred candidate profile
Legal professional or regulatory expert with deep knowledge of Telangana real estate laws, RERA framework, and HMDA/GHMC approval processes. Strong government liaison experience essential. LLB minimum; LLM preferred. 814 years of experience in real estate legal, regulatory affairs, or government liaison roles. Prior experience in Hyderabad residential real estate is strongly preferred.
