Are you a skilled and passionate BIM Engineer with 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience? INTEGRATED DESIGN STUDIO is expanding its creative team and is on the lookout for high-caliber talent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HVAC design, Structure and MEPF analysis and construction.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Experience in Autodesk Navisworks is a must.
- Excellent communication, a team player, self-motivated, energetic and a self-starter with attention to detail.
- Excellent MEPF modeling, drafting and developing detailed design drawings.
- Lead clash detection processes using Navisworks Manage across Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Fire Protection, and Architectural models for Australian Projects.
- Create and manage clash test matrices based on project-specific coordination requirements.
- Identify, analyze, categorize, and prioritize clashes according to severity and constructability impact.
- Generate detailed clash reports and issue logs for project teams and consultants.
- Facilitate clash resolution workshops and coordination meetings with relevant stakeholders.
- Track clash resolution progress and verify corrective actions in subsequent model reviews.
- Ensure all critical and high-priority clashes are resolved before construction documentation or site execution.
- Create detailed clash detection reports and coordinate with project teams to ensure proper resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM processes and workflows.
