We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and visionary Founding Principal who can lead the school from its inception and build a strong academic and operational foundation.
This is a leadership opportunity for a professional who has successfully established or significantly contributed to the setup and growth of a CBSE school.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the complete establishment and long-term success of the school, including:
- Lead the school setup from inception to full-scale operations.
- Guide and execute the MP Board recognition/affiliation process, followed by CBSE affiliation.
- Develop and implement a high-quality CBSE academic framework aligned with NEP 2020.
- Design curriculum planning, assessment systems, academic calendars, and school policies.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain qualified teachers, administrative personnel, and hostel staff.
- Establish systems for academics, administration, discipline, student welfare, hostel management, transport, and campus operations.
- Lead all CBSE inspection, compliance, documentation, and audit requirements.
- Build a culture of academic excellence, innovation, discipline, and continuous improvement.
- Develop admission strategies and community outreach initiatives to achieve sustainable student enrollment.
- Build strong relationships with parents, education authorities, and the local community.
- Manage budgeting, operational planning, and institutional growth.
Essential Qualifications
- Master's Degree in any discipline.
- B.Ed. or M.Ed. from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in school education.
- At least 5 years as Principal, Vice Principal, Head of School, or Academic Director in a CBSE school.
- Proven experience in establishing a new school or leading a school during its formative years will be highly preferred.
