About the Role
iPremium Care is looking for an experienced L4 Apple iPhone Repair Engineer with strong expertise in display replacement, battery replacement, motherboard-level diagnostics, and board-level repair across iPhone models.
The candidate should be capable of independently diagnosing complex hardware faults and performing advanced motherboard repairs with precision and attention to detail.
Key ResponsibilitiesiPhone Hardware Repair
- Perform display/screen replacement across different iPhone models.
- Perform battery replacement and battery-related diagnostics.
- Diagnose and repair hardware issues after display and battery replacement.
- Handle complete iPhone disassembly and reassembly safely and professionally.
- Perform functional testing after every repair.
L4 / Motherboard-Level Repair
- Diagnose and repair iPhone motherboard/logic board-level faults.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting using schematics, board views, and technical documentation.
- Identify faulty components at board level.
- Perform component-level replacement and repair.
- Handle issues involving power, charging, booting, display, touch, audio, network, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, camera, Face ID-related systems, and other board-level faults where technically repairable.
- Perform microsoldering and precision soldering work.
- Repair damaged pads, tracks, connectors, and board-level components.
- Diagnose short circuits and power-rail-related faults.
- Perform board cleaning and corrosion-related assessment/repair where appropriate.
- Work on multiple generations of iPhone models.
Diagnostic Responsibilities
- Inspect devices before accepting them for repair.
- Identify the root cause rather than replacing parts unnecessarily.
- Use appropriate diagnostic equipment and testing procedures.
- Document the fault, diagnosis, repair performed, and final testing result.
- Escalate cases that require specialized equipment, parts, or management approval.
Required Technical Skills
The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong experience in iPhone hardware repair.
- Strong L4 / motherboard-level repair experience.
- Excellent microsoldering skills.
- Experience with hot air station, soldering station, microscope, DC power supply, multimeter, and other board-repair tools.
- Ability to read and understand board views and schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
- Experience working across multiple iPhone generations and models.
- Good understanding of electronic components and circuits.
- Ability to work independently on difficult repair cases.
Preferred Experience
Experience with:
- Display and battery replacement
- Charging and power-related faults
- Boot-loop/no-power issues
- Short-circuit diagnosis
- Audio and microphone faults
- Camera-related hardware faults

Pay: Up to ₹620,000.00 per year
