Position Overview
As a Business Development Intern, you will play a key role in helping Efficia Learning Institute expand its reach and connect with prospective students, professionals, educational institutions, and organizations.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation
- Identify prospective students and learners through online and offline channels.
- Build and maintain lead databases.
- Research colleges, educational institutions, and professional communities for outreach opportunities.
Student Acquisition
- Contact prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Explain course offerings and learning opportunities.
- Follow up with inquiries and support the enrollment process.
- Schedule counseling sessions and information meetings.
Business Development
- Identify partnership opportunities with colleges, schools, training centers, and organizations.
- Support outreach campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Assist in developing new customer acquisition strategies.
Marketing Support
- Promote programs through LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
- Assist in content sharing and awareness campaigns.
- Support webinar and workshop promotion activities.
Market Research
- Study competitor offerings and market trends.
- Gather feedback from prospective learners.
- Provide recommendations to improve outreach and conversion rates.
Eligibility
- Undergraduate or postgraduate students from any discipline.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Comfortable interacting with people over phone and online platforms.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Preferred Skills
- Sales or customer service experience (not mandatory).
- Interest in education, training, and career development.
- Confidence in speaking with prospective students and clients.
