Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers.
- Manage server operating systems, user accounts, permissions, and system updates.
- Monitor server performance, storage utilization, and system health.
- Implement and manage data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
- Perform regular backup verification, restoration testing, and recovery procedures.
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, wireless access points, and network infrastructure.
- Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN, and internet connectivity.
- Configure, monitor, and maintain firewalls, network security policies, and access controls.
- Troubleshoot hardware, network, server, and security-related issues.
- Maintain antivirus, endpoint security, and system patch management.
- Monitor network performance and ensure optimal uptime and availability.
- Install and support desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and infrastructure documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware procurement and support.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards and organizational policies.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
