Job Summary
Kantaflex Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and commercially driven Sales Manager to strengthen in the NCR region.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development activities across Delhi NCR.
- Identify opportunities in infrastructure, railway, metro, government, and industrial projects.
- Develop relationships with government authorities, contractors, consultants, architects, and project stakeholders.
- Track and participate in project opportunities and tender requirements.
- Conduct technical and commercial discussions with customers.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Prepare business plans, sales forecasts, and market reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution.
- Monitor competition and market developments.
- Ensure timely payment collection and customer retention.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience: 8–10 years in sales/business development.
Industry Preference: Construction, Government Construction Projects, Railways, Infrastructure, Capital Goods.
Education: Engineering Degree preferred. Non-engineering graduates with relevant engineering industry experience may also apply.
Languages: English and Hindi mandatory.
Compensation: ₹9–10 LPA
