About the Role
A Canadian company is hiring candidates in India to support Transportation Operations for the US and Canadian markets.
This is a Work From Home opportunity suitable for candidates who have good English communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and are comfortable working in night shifts.
No prior experience is required. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day transportation operations for the US and Canadian markets.
- Coordinate and communicate with relevant stakeholders through email, calls, and other communication channels.
- Maintain and update operational records and information.
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
- Use MS Office for maintaining reports, records, and documentation.
- Follow company processes and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Provide timely updates and support to the operations team.
Eligibility & Requirements
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum Graduation in any field.
- Very good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel.
- Good computer typing skills.
- Comfortable working with computers and online systems.
- Own laptop with Microsoft Office installed.
- Reliable internet connection suitable for Work From Home.
- Willingness to work in night shifts according to the assigned schedule.
Experience
Experience is not mandatory. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with relevant experience in transportation, logistics, customer support, operations, data entry, or international processes may also apply.
