Job Summary
We are seeking a Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, with a focus on clinical hiring. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers to meet recruitment goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle hiring for clinical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
- Support recruitment-related documentation and onboarding activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of relevant recruitment experience.
- Experience in clinical hiring is preferred.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and meet timelines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
