- Maintain documentation related to environment configurations and automation processes to support knowledge sharing.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to cloud platform deployments and automation workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange Online.
- Strong understanding of cloud environment setup and management.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting for environment deployment.
- Ability to monitor and optimize cloud platform performance.
- Familiarity with configuration management and version control systems.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Exchange Online.
