About Position:
We are seeking an experienced IICS/IDMC Administrator (8 to 20 years experience) to manage and support cloud-based data integration platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Informatica IICS/IDMC administration, ETL processes, and platform operations, ensuring reliability, security, and performance across environments.

What You'll Do:
- Administer, configure, and support Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) / Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) environment
- Manage user access, roles, privileges, and security configurations across the platform
- Monitor integration jobs, task flows, and system performance to ensure smooth operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration, application integration, and platform connectivity
- Perform deployment, migration, and promotion of objects across environments
- Configure and maintain agents, secure agents, connections, and runtime environments
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams for integration requirements and issue resolution
- Ensure platform availability, reliability, and adherence to governance standards
- Support release management, patching activities, and environment setup
- Prepare documentation for configurations, operational procedures, incidents, and best practices
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong hands-on experience in Informatica IICS / IDMC Administration
- Good understanding of user management, role-based access, security, and environment administration
- Experience in managing Secure Agents, connections, task monitoring, and job scheduling
- Knowledge of data integration, application integration, and cloud-based ETL processes
- Familiarity with troubleshooting connectivity, performance, and job execution failures
- Experience in deployment and migration across DEV, UAT, and PROD environments
- Good understanding of cloud platforms and integration architecture
- Knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
- Strong problem-solving, incident management, and debugging skills
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
