Customer Relationship Executive

Location: Palarivattom, Kochi
Salary: ₹13,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Requirements:
- Plus Two or Any Degree
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Freshers can apply
- Minimum 6 months of experience is preferred
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and follow-ups
- Maintain customer records and update data in Excel
- Coordinate with customers regarding services and requirements
- Ensure good customer relationships and satisfaction
- Support day-to-day customer relationship activities
