We are looking for a customer-focused and organized Front Office Executive with hands-on experience in eZee FrontDesk/PMS Software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front office operations, ensuring smooth guest check-in/check-out processes, handling reservations, and delivering exceptional guest service while maintaining accurate records in the PMS.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and check-out efficiently using eZee FrontDesk/PMS Software.
- Handle room reservations, modifications, cancellations, and room allocations.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles, billing records, and payment transactions in the PMS.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Process invoices, daily reports, cash transactions, and end-of-day audits.
- Monitor room availability, occupancy, and reservation status.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and service standards.
- Handle telephone calls, emails, and online booking inquiries.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and occupancy reports for management.
Profile Requirements
- Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or any relevant discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in hotel front office operations.
- Hands-on experience with eZee FrontDesk/PMS Software is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of reservation management, billing, and guest handling.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
