We are seeking a Restaurant MEP Technician with strong Electrical expertise to maintain our dining and high-volume kitchen operations. Your primary focus will be troubleshooting commercial kitchen equipment and power distribution. Secondarily, you will manage restaurant plumbing, grease traps, and drainage systems to ensure full operational uptime and health code compliance.
Core Responsibilities
- Electrical & Kitchen Equipment : Maintain and repair commercial appliances (ovens, fryers, dishwashers), balance electrical loads, fix FOH/BOH lighting, and troubleshoot cold-storage electrical components.
- Plumbing & Drainage : Clear commercial floor drains, maintain grease traps, repair high-temperature faucets, and service guest restrooms.
- HVAC/General : Inspect kitchen hood exhaust fans, change AC filters, and handle minor facility repairs.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of MEP maintenance experience in a restaurant, hotel, or commercial kitchen.
- Strong proficiency in 3-phase electrical systems and reading appliance schematics.
- Solid hands-on knowledge of commercial plumbing and drainage standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
