Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day office administration activities
- Maintain records, files, and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors, staff, and internal teams
- Handle office inventory and stationery management
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
- Support billing, data entry, and reporting activities
- Handle calls, emails, and basic communication tasks
- Ensure smooth office operations and follow-ups
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
