We are looking for a dedicated, energetic, and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle administrative and customer-related tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily back-office operations and administrative activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt support through calls and emails.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
- Perform data entry, data management, and database maintenance.
- Handle customer follow-ups and resolve basic queries professionally.
- Support office operations and assist management with day-to-day activities.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of company documents.
Required Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of customer handling and telecalling.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
