- Process orders received from Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
- Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of all orders.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Track pending, cancelled, returned, and delivered orders.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams for smooth operations.
- Handle return, replacement, and RTO cases.
- Maintain daily MIS reports and ensure compliance with marketplace SLAs.
- Resolve operational issues to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
