Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and monitoring activities. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project operations and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
- Assist in assigning tasks to internal teams and tracking progress
- Support schedule management and ensure deadlines are met
- Communicate with clients to ensure their requirements are fulfilled
- Monitor project progress and handle issues or delays proactively
- Work with the Project Manager to resolve bottlenecks
- Help in preparing budgets and tracking project expenses
- Analyse project risks and identify opportunities
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and project records
- Act as a point of contact for project updates and communication
- Ensure compliance with company standards and quality expectations
- Assist in procurement-related activities when required
Required Qualifications:
- Education: B.E. / Diploma (Civil / Mechanical) / Any Graduate
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of project management tools (MS Excel, MS Project, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Good problem-solving skills
