Minimum 3 years of residential drawings records
Expert-level knowledge of 2D CAD drafting techniques.
Understanding of residential construction methods, materials, and local zoning/permit regulations.
2D Drafting : Create detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, site plans, and roof plans for residential homes, including renovations and new construction.
Prepare detailed drawings, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC layouts, as well as interior details like cabinetry and carpentry.
Revise drawings based on feedback from architects or engineers and conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes and safety standards.
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure accuracy and resolve design discrepancies.
Ability to create highly precise and detailed technical drawings.
