Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with strong experience in B2B sales and AWS Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end sales, generating new business opportunities, and accelerating revenue growth within the AWS Cloud ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Drive and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Identify, develop, and convert opportunities for AWS Cloud adoption across multiple industries
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, key stakeholders, and enterprise clients
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to propose customized cloud solutions
Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and solution workshops
Negotiate commercial agreements and close high-value enterprise deals
Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting for leadership review
Stay updated with AWS offerings, market trends, and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in Cloud, IT Services, or Technology Solutions
Strong understanding of AWS Cloud Services and cloud-based business models
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Experience handling enterprise clients in Manufacturing, Healthcare, or similar domains will be an added advantage
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong relationship-building and consultative selling abilities
Self-motivated, target-driven, and growth-oriented mindset
