Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process bottlenecks and recommend actionable improvements.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align process design with organizational objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing and optimizing custom applications within the SAP HANA environment.
- Strong knowledge of database programming and performance tuning specific to SAP HANA.
- Ability to design and implement efficient data models and workflows.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP modules and external systems.
- Skilled in debugging, testing, and maintaining SAP ABAP code to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
