Job Description
We are hiring a skilled and experienced Sr. Quality Engineer for a leading automotive plastic components manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in quality assurance, plastic injection moulding processes, IATF audit handling, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and improve quality control systems and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and perform root cause analysis using 8D and CAPA methodologies.
- Conduct and support IATF 16949, customer, and internal audits.
- Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards.
- Support APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and Control Plan activities.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to achieve quality targets.
- Drive Kaizen, OEE improvement, productivity enhancement, and cost reduction projects.
- Monitor supplier quality and support vendor development activities.
- Reduce scrap, rejection, and process defects through continuous improvement.
