Job Description
The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation of guest rooms, villas, and common areas at Rosa Stays properties. The role supports delivering a comfortable, neat, and welcoming stay experience in line with the brand’s boutique hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas as per standards.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest amenities.
- Dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing rooms and common spaces.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
- Handle cleaning equipment and materials safely.
- Maintain pantry/linen room cleanliness and stock arrangement.
- Follow hygiene, grooming, and safety procedures.
