Role Overview
We’re hiring a Copywriter who can crack socials, ads & scroll-stopping hooks. Someone who can write hooks that make parents stop scrolling. Join us if you love brainstorming and creating a difference together!
What you'll do
Write short, hook-worthy copies for performance ads that drive clicks & conversions. Script scroll-stopping videos & reels (not the usual - fresh, catchy, high-retention). Create social media copy aligned with trends, culture, and brand voice.
Turn one idea into multiple short-format content pieces across platforms.
Write sharp, clear copy for website, packaging, and brand touchpoints
Collaborate with content & performance teams to test, iterate, and improve fast.
Bring new, bold ideas that make the brand stand out.
Be quick with iterations and open to feedback.
What we're looking for
3–5 years of experience in copywriting/content roles (brand or agency side, brand preferred)
Strong understanding of performance marketing vs brand storytelling
Understanding of performance vs brand creatives
Ability to write scroll-stopping hooks and high-converting short-format copy.
Skilled in scriptwriting for reels, ads, and digital films.
Sharp sense of tone, voice, and audience psychology.
Comfortable using AI tools to ideate, iterate, and deliver faster.
Based in Mumbai.
Work setup: is hybrid, on-site at our Mumbai base.
