- 10-13 years of post-qualification experience in architectural design with at least 5+ years focused on high-rise residential projects (25+ floors) for reputed developers or leading architectural firms

- Strong portfolio of completed or under-construction high-rise residential projects demonstrating efficient unit planning, circulation, and façade design

- Hands-on experience in preparing and reviewing concept, schematic, municipal submission, and GFC drawings for large residential townships or multi-tower developments

- In-depth knowledge of local building bye-laws, DCR, fire norms, NBC, and parking norms applicable in Maharashtra/Pune for high-rise buildings

- Proven experience in multi-disciplinary coordination with structural, MEP, landscape, and façade consultants to resolve design clashes and ensure buildable solutions

- Ability to lead and mentor a small in-house design team, manage external consultants, and handle multiple towers/phases in parallel with strict timelines
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
