Key Responsibilities
· Identify and onboard new Interior Designers, Architects, and Design Consultants within the
assigned territory.
· Schedule and conduct regular visits to interior design firms to build long-term relationships.
· Present furniture collections, customization options, pricing, and ongoing offers.
· Generate qualified residential and commercial project leads.
· Coordinate showroom visits and product demonstrations for designers and their clients.
· Follow up consistently on leads and projects until successful order conversion.
· Work closely with the sales, showroom, and operations teams to ensure seamless project
execution.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, project pipelines, and visit reports in
the CRM.
· Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and emerging design
trends.
· Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and designer meets to expand business
opportunities.
· Achieve monthly targets for designer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication and issue
resolution.
