Key Responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to improve designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides.
- Ensure consistency across all digital products and platforms.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and responsiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is an advantage.
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
