Our services include commercial production, AI-assisted advertising content, promotional videos, brand jingles, digital creatives, animation projects, and customized marketing campaigns.
We are expanding our business development team and are seeking an individual who enjoys interacting with decision-makers, identifying business opportunities, and helping companies choose advertising solutions that support their growth goals.
Role Summary
This position combines sales, client engagement, and relationship management. The selected candidate will be responsible for speaking with prospective clients, understanding their marketing requirements, recommending suitable services, and converting opportunities into long-term business relationships.
Qualified leads and CRM access will be provided by the company.
Key Duties
* Reach out to business owners and decision-makers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM-based communication.
* Generate interest in the company's advertising and branding services.
* Understand client objectives, challenges, and promotional requirements.
* Recommend suitable advertising solutions based on individual business needs.
* Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain engagement throughout the sales cycle.
* Convert qualified leads into paying clients.
* Maintain accurate records of conversations, proposals, and sales activities within the CRM system.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
* Build and maintain professional relationships for repeat business opportunities.
* Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Who Should Apply
* Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, client acquisition, business development, account management, or customer-facing roles.
* Experience in advertising, media, branding, digital marketing, or related sectors will be an advantage.
* Candidates from other industries with a proven sales background are encouraged to apply.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confidence in presenting solutions and handling business discussions.
* Ability to work independently while managing multiple client conversations.
* Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Language Requirements
* Good spoken and written English.
* Good spoken and written Hindi.
* Knowledge of additional regional languages will be considered beneficial.

Compensation & Benefits
* Monthly earnings up to ₹35,000 based on performance and achievement of assigned goals.
