Job Title: EDM Operator / Wire Cutting Operator
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated EDM Operator / Wire Cutting Operator to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for operating EDM and Wire Cutting machines, interpreting engineering drawings, and ensuring precision machining of components according to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) Machines and Wire Cutting Machines.
- Read and interpret Engineering Drawings and technical specifications.
- Set up machines and adjust machining parameters for accurate production.
- Perform precision machining of components as per design requirements.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
- Prepare and understand 2D drawings using AutoCAD when required.
- Monitor machine performance and carry out basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain production records and machine logs.
- Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet manufacturing targets.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and 2D Design.
- Strong understanding of Engineering Drawings.
- Hands-on experience with EDM Machines.
- Hands-on experience with Wire Cutting Machines.
- Good knowledge of precision machining and manufacturing processes.

Experience:
