Accounts Executive
Work Location: Ghitorni, Delhi (On-site)
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent | Fresher.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping in Zoho Books.
- Create and maintain purchase orders, sales invoices, and purchase invoices.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries.
- Handle GST & TDS calculations, filings, and compliance.
- Ensure accurate accounting records and tax compliance.
- Support financial reporting and audits.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books.
- Advanced Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reports, etc.).
- Understanding of bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliation, GST, and TDS.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 0–3 years of accounting experience (Internship experience is a plus).
- Knowledge of taxation and accounting principles preferred.
- Zoho Books certification is an added advantage.
