Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele callers to promote our gold
savings schemes, jewellery collections, and investment plans. The ideal candidate should
possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, be target-oriented, and have the
ability to build strong customer relationships through effective tele calling. Prior experience
in the Gold & Jewellery industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective and existing customers to promote gold savings schemes, jewellery
collections, and gold investment plans.
Follow up with potential customers and schedule showroom visits.
Generate qualified sales leads and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Conduct regular follow-ups with interested customers to maximize conversions.
Maintain call quality standards and ensure timely reporting of daily activities.
Required Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Any Graduate.
6 months to 2 years of experience as a Tele caller, Customer Support Executive, Tele Sales
Executive, or in a similar role.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn may also be
considered.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer handling skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Preferred Experience
Prior experience in the Gold & Jewellery industry is highly preferred.
Experience in Tele Sales, Customer Service, Banking, Financial Services, Retail, or Jewellery
Sales will be an added advantage.
