Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on, and customer-focused Cluster Manager to oversee multiple Uni Seoul stores across regions. This role requires a strong balance of commercial acumen, operational excellence, and people leadership to ensure every store consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences while achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
- Drive sales performance across assigned stores by executing data-driven strategies and action plans.
- Monitor key business metrics, identify opportunities, and implement corrective measures to achieve and exceed targets.
- Partner with senior leadership on promotions, product launches, and commercial initiatives that accelerate growth.
Customer Experience & Brand Excellence
- Champion a customer-first culture that reflects Uni Seoul's commitment to joyful retail experiences.
- Ensure every store consistently delivers exceptional service while maintaining the brand's visual and operational standards.
- Handle customer escalations professionally and build long-term customer loyalty.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs, inventory accuracy, store audits, and cash management processes.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation aligned with Uni Seoul's brand identity.
- Drive operational efficiency while minimizing shrinkage and ensuring compliance across all locations.
Leadership & Team Development
- Coach, mentor, and develop Store Managers and their teams to achieve business goals.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Identify high-potential talent and create development plans to build future retail leaders.
Market Insights & Expansion Support
- Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities across Bangalore.
- Share actionable insights with central teams to support merchandising decisions, store performance, and future expansion plans.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Prepare regular business reports covering sales, productivity, customer metrics, and operational performance.
- Use data and analytics to identify opportunities, improve efficiencies, and maximize profitability.
What You'll Bring
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in retail operations, area management, or cluster management.
- Proven experience managing multiple high-performing retail stores.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams.
- Commercial mindset with experience in sales planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across Bangalore and nearby locations as required.
