Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Overseas Education Counsellor who can guide students through every stage of their study abroad journey. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a consultative approach, and a strong passion for helping students make informed career decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding higher education opportunities in countries such as the UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, the USA, and New Zealand.
- Understand students' academic background, career goals, and financial profile to recommend suitable universities and courses.
- Convert inquiries into successful admissions while maintaining high ethical standards.
- Assist students with the application process, documentation, SOPs, and offer letter follow-ups.
- Guide students through visa requirements and coordinate with the visa processing team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and student interactions in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
- Build long-term relationships with students and parents by providing exceptional service.
- Stay updated on university admissions, scholarships, visa regulations, and market trends.
- Participate in seminars, education fairs, webinars, and promotional events when required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree is an advantage).
- 1–4 years of experience in overseas education counselling or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn may also be considered.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve admission targets.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is preferred.

- Monday to Saturday
- 9:30 AM-6:00 PM
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
