About the Role: Smart QR Order is looking for motivated, Hindi-speaking remote Telecallers / Inside Sales Representatives. You will reach out to restaurant owners, cafes, and food business operators to introduce our digital QR ordering platform, dynamic digital menus, and zero-commission online ordering websites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to restaurant owners, cafe operators, and food business managers from verified lead lists.
- Pitch the core commercial benefits of Smart QR Order: zero-commission direct ordering websites, contactless QR ordering, and faster table turnover.
- Share product brochures, demo videos, and subscription packages with interested leads via WhatsApp.
- Consistently follow up with prospects to answer questions and assist in customer onboarding.
- Maintain daily call logs, statuses, and follow-up notes in a shared Google Sheet.
Requirements & Skills
- Hindi Proficiency (Spoken): Fluent (Required).
- Effective Communication: Clear, polite phone presence with ability to explain tech simply.
- English Proficiency (Spoken): Basic conversational (Preferred).
- Cold Outreach Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, outbound telesales, or customer support is preferred; motivated freshers with strong verbal skills are welcome.
- Hardware: Android smartphone with reliable cellular/internet connectivity.
Compensation & Perks:
- Total Monthly Earnings: ₹5,000 – ₹14,000 / month (Includes base stipend + performance incentives based on restaurant onboardings).
- Work Setup: 100% remote (work from home) with flexible daytime calling hours (20–25 hours/week).
- Full training, pitch scripts, and verified lead databases provided.
