Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team in a Customer Service
role. As part of our dynamic Customer Service team, you will be responsible for managing customer
accounts with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution of escalation while maintaining strong
customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to handle difficult situations,
demonstrate problem-solving skills, and adhere to company policies and compliance regulations.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- As an Executive - Customer Service, you will be responsible to communicate with consumers of
healthcare providers in the United States to resolve patient queries and complaints. As a Customer
Service Representative, you will be responsible for taking calls on phone and resolve patient queries ,
complaints ,on behalf of the client.
- Utilize effective verbal communication and customer service skills while communicating with
customers to resolve the patient queries and escalations.
- Able to manage difficult customer issues while working in a fast-paced environment
- Determine the reason for escalation and best course of action to assist consumers.
- Engage our consumers with the highest level of respect and dignity.
- Document all resolution efforts for each account in accordance with established procedures and
compliance policies.
- Communicate professionally and regularly with leadership and peers on status of accounts,
escalations in accordance with established standards.
- Ensure all accounts in assigned lists are managed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Calls are majorly inbound and over a period may move to a blended (inbound/outbound)
environment.
- Accounts are early/mid/late - stage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
