MilesTrip Holidays is a dynamic and fast-growing travel management company dedicated to crafting exceptional customized itineraries and group tours. We specialize in delivering unforgettable travel experiences across global destinations, including Europe and Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to incoming leads and inquiries generated from online campaigns and social media.
- Contact potential clients via phone and WhatsApp to understand their travel requirements.
- Present and explain our tour packages, highlighting itineraries, visa procedures, and pricing.
- Guide clients through the booking process and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations and Visa teams to ensure a seamless experience for the clients from booking to the end of the tour.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Proven experience in travel sales or customer service, preferably in the outbound tour industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong ability to handle and manage customer relationships.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
