Salary Structure:-
* Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000/month
* Performance Incentive: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000/month
KPI Targets:-
* Daily production target achieved
* Less than 2% breakage
* Zero raw material shortage
* Machine downtime below target
* Daily reports submitted on time
