Job Responsibilities:
Design and develop electrical control panels for industrial ovens and furnaces.
Prepare electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, GA drawings, and BOM.
Select electrical components like MCB, MCCB, Contactor, Relay, SMPS, PLC, VFD, Sensors, etc.
Prepare panel layouts and ensure compliance with electrical standards.
Coordinate with production, purchase, and service teams for panel manufacturing.
Review customer requirements and prepare electrical designs accordingly.
Perform electrical calculations such as load calculation, cable sizing, component selection.
Support testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities.
Maintain design documents and update drawings as required.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of AutoCAD
Electrical / EPLAN
Electrical schematic & panel design knowledge
Understanding of control circuits and power circuits
Knowledge of PLC, VFD, temperature controllers & industrial automation
Basic knowledge of electrical safety standards
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
