About the Role
Edexe Learning is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable UGC NET Paper 2 Economics Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to create high-quality academic content for UGC NET aspirants.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging online live and recorded classes for UGC NET Paper 2 (Economics).
- Prepare comprehensive PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) for each assigned topic.
- Develop topic-wise practice questions, assignments, quizzes, and mock tests.
- Create exam-oriented study materials and notes aligned with the latest UGC NET syllabus.
- Explain complex economic concepts in a simple, structured, and student-friendly manner.
- Discuss previous year questions (PYQs), expected questions, and exam strategies.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and mentor students throughout their preparation.
- Complete assigned sessions and content within the scheduled timelines.
- Stay updated with the latest UGC NET syllabus, exam pattern, and current developments relevant to Economics.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Economics (Minimum 55% marks).
- UGC NET/JRF qualified in Economics (Preferred).
- Prior experience teaching UGC NET Economics is preferred.
- Strong conceptual understanding of Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Indian Economy, Public Finance, International Economics, Econometrics, Mathematical Economics, and other UGC NET Economics topics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in creating professional PPTs and digital teaching content.
- Comfortable using online teaching platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.

- Experience in online teaching.
- Ability to create high-quality academic content and assessment questions.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
