Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to join our real estate construction team. The candidate will assist in planning, supervising, and executing residential and commercial projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution and supervision of day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report project status to senior engineers and management.
- Verify measurements, prepare work bills, and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and construction schedules.
- Monitor material consumption and maintain inventory records at the site.
- Implement quality control procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities), estimates, and quantity calculations.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and MEP teams for project requirements.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site logs, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Additional certifications in construction management are an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,757.63 - ₹30,000.00 per month
