Key Responsibilities:

Financial Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Record and classify daily financial transactions using accounting software.

Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

Generate financial reports for management and stakeholders as needed.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices and making payments.

Handle accounts receivable, including invoicing clients and ensuring timely collections.

Monitor and resolve discrepancies in accounts.

Compliance and Audits:

Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and standards.

General Accounting Tasks:

Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.

Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify trends and variances.
