Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate student placements and campus recruitment drives.
- Build and maintain relationships with airlines, airports, and aviation recruiters.
- Conduct student grooming, resume building, and interview preparation sessions.
- Track placement activities and ensure successful student onboarding.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Experience in placement coordination and recruitment.
- Knowledge of aviation industry hiring processes.
Qualification: Any Graduate with relevant aviation placement experience.
Pay: Up to ₹150,000.00 per month
