SUMMARY
The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying potential customers, generating sales opportunities and achieving sales targets by promoting the company's solar products and services. The role involves building strong customer relationships, conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing quotations and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and other lead-generation activities.
2. Present product features, benefits, pricing, and prepare quotations or proposals.
3. Negotiate with customers and close sales to achieve assigned targets.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
5. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending quotations to maximize conversions.
6. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
EDUCATION
A. Minimum Education: Graduation in any discipline
B. Technical Education: MBA in Marketing & Sales
EXPERIENCE
A. Minimum Experience Marketing:1 year

BEHAVIOURAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS
A. Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
B. Basic understanding of solar products and renewable energy solutions.
C. Ability to prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
D. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
E. Basic market research and competitor analysis skills
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
