As an intern, you will get the opportunity to work around these initiatives and understand how AI is applied in real business, not just in theory.
What will you learn in this internship?
This internship will give you a 360-degree view of sales and marketing in an AI-first company.
You will learn how AI tools can be used to research markets, identify prospects, create business content, build outreach campaigns, improve communication, and generate sharper business insights.
During the internship, you will get hands-on exposure to:
· AI-driven sales research and prospect identification
· Business development workflows using AI tools
· Outreach writing for different audiences, including founders, business owners, technology leaders, and professionals
· Marketing content creation for LinkedIn, email, campaigns, and business communication
· Using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, and other modern AI platforms
· Understanding CRM-driven sales processes
· Creating simple campaign plans, content ideas, and research summaries
· Working on live AI initiatives such as Sol BI, Sol Wise, and other Helios Group projects
· Learning how global technology companies position products, communicate value, and engage customers
You will not be limited to one narrow task. The goal is to give you practical exposure to how sales, marketing, content, research, and AI come together inside a technology company.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is curious, responsible, and eager to learn.
The ideal candidate should have:
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· A 360-degree mindset, with comfort in both sales outreach and marketing content creation
· Genuine curiosity about AI and how it is being used in business
· Experience using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, or similar tools in daily work or projects
· A habit of keeping up with new AI trends, tools, and practical use cases
· A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently
· The ability to meet deadlines and take ownership of assigned work
· The ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences, including businesses, founders, and professionals
· A willingness to learn from feedback and improve quickly
What is good to have?
The following experience is not mandatory, but it will be an advantage:
· Hands-on experience with CRM or ERP tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar platforms
· Prior internship or project experience in sales, marketing, business development, or content creation
· Involvement in college events, PR activities, clubs, communities, or student-led initiatives
· Familiarity with marketing automation tools or AI-powered content platforms
· Basic understanding of B2B communication, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, or market research
· Interest in technology, startups, SaaS, AI tools, or business strategy
