- Review formulations, specifications, and NPD quality documents.
- Verify raw material COAs and quality compliance.
- Coordinate with R&D, Production, and Regulatory teams.
- Ensure GMP, FSSAI, and internal quality compliance.
- Maintain NPD documentation and quality records.

Educational Qualification- M.Sc.- Food Technology/ Food Science/ Pharmacy
Skills- FSSAI compliance, MS office, Ability to handle team
Note: Candidates having FSSAI compliance knowledge would be preferred.
